The initial idea is very good, the place is easily accessible, with ample parking, the stands allow you to put a lot of things of all sizes, as well as the clothing stands and depending on what we offer. the sale we manage to withdraw a pleasant sum in 3 weeks but for that you have to have a lot of interesting things to sell given the rental and the commission retained of 35%. On the other hand, if we understand that this type of store has charges (like all) the commission of 35% is too high because it is added to the rental of the stand of €35 for 3 weeks (possibility of 1 to 3 weeks but 3 weeks recommended for it to be worth it). You can extend it for another week for €15 more. So you need to be sure to cushion it. In addition, since May the store is now closed on Mondays, so one day less sales are open (before it was open from Monday to Saturday)...but the price of the stands has not fallen nor the commission.!.. The place is also open to all flights, for our part 2 flights on our stand in as many rentals. Despite beautiful posters "smile you are being filmed" and a few cameras there is no surveillance (2 to 3 people already busy for the whole store) and the thieves have a field day because we cannot put anti-theft on each object and "people" are ready to do anything to steal objects for 1 or 5 euros, it's incredible! It's obvious that "some" come into the store just to steal and will stop at nothing to do so... Too bad they aren't spotted. If you report a theft to those responsible, there will only be an embarrassed reaction since in fact they cannot monitor and their system is ineffective. So unfortunately, it is at the customer's own risk. You also have to deal with the incivility and incorrectness of "people" who will make an incredible mess of your stand, making everything a mess or/and leaving clothes lying around or not putting the clothes back on their hangers or who leave objects which are not yours on your stand, or which place your objects on another stand after having taken them, objects which only reappear a week or 10 days later when you think they have been sold... ... So a word of advice, it is best to regularly visit your stand and put it in order. Here is the feedback from our experience which is, despite the disadvantages, generally positive and you never know whether there will be improvements over time.

A clean and well organized place. With a large parking lot which offers the luxury of being well shaded. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They are helpful and efficient. This place allows us to exhibit objects that were intended to be thrown away and this can make someone happy while giving them a second life. The advantage is that we don't take care of sales, the team is there to do it. The price of box rental is very reasonable. Thanks to Lise and her team. I highly recommend this place.
